Online Meditation and Mindfulness session

This meditation and mindfulness session will be held weekly and is open to everyone! Whether you are new to meditation or have experience. Each week we will begin with a mindfulness exercise to clear your mind and relax your body. Then we will be following a guided meditation which has a different theme each month. The mindfulness exercises you will learn from the class is something that you can incorporate into your daily life to help bring your mind, body and soul into balance.
