Chakra balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on balancing the seven main energy centres in the body. If your chakras are out of balance it can affect you mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. You could be experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, restless sleep or even physical pain. These symptoms can all be linked to energy within the body being out of balance, which can be reversed using crystals.

This 1 hour workshop will begin with a relaxing, clearing of your mind technique, (which is useful to use every day!). You will then be guided through the correct positioning of the crystals on the body, awakening the chakras and allowing the healing to take place, while you relax on the mat and we will end the session with a deep grounding exercise. (Crystals are available for you to use during the session or you are welcome to bring your own or purchase them for £6.99. You can also bring pillows and blankets to help you stay comfortable and warm during the session).

The cost of the workshop is £10 per person, which is payable on booking your place.
