1-1 Holistic Sessions are available in Wakefield and Pontefract. Choose from Crystal Healing, Angelic Reiki Healing, Chakra Balancing, Crystal Reflexology, Meditation and Mindfulness and Spiritual Card, Crystal and Ribbon Readings.

There is a variety of holistic workshops available in person and online. These range from meditation and Mindfulness, Crystal Workshops, Angel Workshops, Angelic Reiki Healing Circles, Pendulum Workshops, Chakra Balancing Workshops and much more.

I have been inspired to create a selection of guides and inspiration writing to accompany the sessions that I provide. These guides range from simple meditation to crystal information and everything in between! My downloadable inspirational writing pieces have been created using my own life experiences and how I have incorporated holistic techniques and exercises.
